VIA Concepts provides programming, design,
construction documents, and construction administration for
the new thirteen-acre Fleet Landing Phase III expansion project.
The world-renowned gerontology expert, Dr. Victor Regnier, FAIA,
former dean of a major university, established writer and researcher
in the field of gerontoloty, provides expert consultation.
Through interviews, interactive workshops and other data
collecting methods, the VIA Concepts Team guides Fleet Landing
in developing building strategies and programs that forward
the community's mission. Derived from consensus-building workshops,
VIA Concepts produced a facility guidelines booklet that communicates
the community's ideas, program requirements, and facility
vision to all team members. Astute programming is the foundation
that is the basis of this exceptional project.
