This renovation of an existing riverfront home was done for a client who appreciates unique features and dynamic living spaces. VIA Concepts delivered this by designing a home that incorporates undulating profiles on the ceiling and floor, spacious and light-filled rooms, and a floor plan that accommodated the owner’s growing family. Existing rock on the home’s exterior and interior was re-used and expanded as a vertical design element.
