VIA Concepts converted an abandoned sales warehouse into a private office and car showroom. The client requested a modern industrial feel, which VIA delivered through the use of brick veneer, exposed structure, glass garage doors, and a fully-equipped modern chef’s kitchen. The garage doors enclose a conference room on three sides, creating a unique and flexible space that easily accommodates meetings and events. Specialized light fixtures and furniture were instrumental to completing this spectacular space.
