Thirty Three Star Botique
Location: Jacksonville Beach, FL
Client: Private Business Owner
The Thirty Three Star Boutique project completely transformed the interior of a 1960’s grocery store into a luxurious and edgy rock and roll themed boutique. Done within four months from conception to completion, the 6,500 sf building is now a contemporary homage today’s music scene as well as the classic rock and roll era. Program included typical retail spaces such as an office, back room, restrooms, dressing rooms, merchandise display areas, and front counter, as well as owner-requested features such as a “stage” and a runway to be used for in-store music and fashion shows. VIA Concepts also updated the exterior of the store with signage and a new entryway to better reflect the attitude of the boutique. The store’s unique sawtooth front window display area was updated with code-compliant windows which are better able to withstand coastal winds and hurricanes.
