Overview

VIA Concepts, LLC was founded in 2002 by our owner and principal architect, Tat Chan, after 16 years of working for some of the largest and most prestigious architectural firms in the country .

Although most of our work is done locally within Northeast Florida, we have also completed work nationally and internationally and have participated in several international competitions. We specialize in efficient design solutions that inspire and delight, and our projects run the gamut from residential renovations to airport design. Our knowledge and experience base is continually growing, and we enjoy working on wide range of project types that challenge us to think outside the box.

Credentials

We are registered as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the State of Florida. We are also registered as a Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business (JSEB).
