The VIA Concepts’ philosophy begins with a commitment to better the quality of living by providing solid design. Embracing every project with care and enthusiasm, the VIA Concepts team recognizes technical, social and environmental complexities; it seeks to understand the culture, history, site, local and global influences and its relationships with its inhabitants, and to create a symbiotic solution between people and their surroundings. Our goal is to provide a final product that evokes nostalgia for the past with safety, comfort, warmth, and a sense of belonging in the present.

VIA Concepts is committed to providing outstanding service to our clients. Our team sets objectives for budget, schedule, and service as well as architectural excellence . Continuity is important to the VIA Concepts team; our principals and staff are involved from the project’s inception through construction and post-construction of all projects. Effective communication and continual dialogue with clients and the design team is vital.

Master Builder Concept

VIA Concepts controls budget, schedule, and quality through the “Master Builder Concept”. Like the old master builder, the VIA Concepts Team understands the construction process and always designs with the construction process in mind. Considerations include site/building access, constructability, fit & finish, document clarity, and even means & methods. When these things are continually considered throughout the design process, coordination and communication issues are minimized.
