August 2009 – VIA Concepts was retained by the City of Atlantic Beach for the master planning and schematic design on the Veterans Memorial Park in Atlantic Beach, Florida
March 2009 – VIA Concepts, lead by Conrad van Wyk completed the master plan and preliminary design for Sterkspruit Government Center in Botswana.
August 2008 - Conrad van Wyk RIBA BAA, an established international architect and artist joins VIA Concepts as principal.
July 2008 – The Passero Associates and VIA Concepts Team was awarded the Lake City Municipal Airport project
February 2008 – VIA Concepts was mentioned on Architectural Week’s “People and Places” section regarding the JaxPort Operations Center project and the design implementation of building with shipping containers.
November 2007 – VIA Concepts’ project, Oceanside Rotary Skate Park was awarded the “Significant Concrete Structure Award” from the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Florida 1st Coast Chapter.
October 2007 – Atlantic Beach Community Presbyterian Church was completed on time and on budget with rave reviews from parishioners as well as staff and visitors.

May 2005 – Jacksonville’s Times Unions article, “Jacksonville’s Favorite Playground was published. The Oceanside Rotary Skate Park was voted as Jacksonville favorite skate park only two weeks after its opening.
May 2005 – Oceanside Rotary Skate Park in Atlantic Beach opens with festivities and neighborhood welcoming reception.
March 2005 – VIA Concepts joins the RS&H Team as project designer for Jacksonville International Airport’ Stage 3 project.
February 2005 – VIA Concepts assisted RS&H on the design of Embraer Maintenance Services Project in Jacksonville, Florida
November 2004 – The Marine and Navy Corpsmen Memorial designed by VIA Concepts was dedicated in Everygreen Cemetery
September 2004 – VIA Concepts submitted and received approval for building variance on the Kanehl Duplex in South Jacksonville Beach.
May 2004 – VIA Concepts completed the Fee Estimate for Airport Terminal Design on the Gainesville Regional Airport.
June 2003 – VIA Concepts was chosen as the architect for the new Wine Warehouse in Atlantic Beach, Florida
May 2003 – Prosser Hallock with VIA Concepts teams up in Jacksonville’s Town Center studies for Murray Hill, Riverside Avondale, and St. Nicholas town center improvements.
December 2002 – Tat Chan AIA NCARB and VIA Concepts first public building, the Adele Grage Cultural Center, was highlighted in an article from Beaches Shorelines titled, “Community Center Renovation Leaves “Jewel” of a Building”.
August 2002 – VIA Concepts was chosen to design the 13-acre senior citizens residence expansion project at Fleet Landing.
June 2002 – Tat Chan AIA NCARB, was awarded the Young Architects Design Award from the University of Florida. This award is given to graduates who have made significant design contributions in the profession of architecture early in their careers.
