The new Vystar corporate headquarters includes
the following spaces: a new boardroom and administrative suite;
two-story entry lobbies; employee lounge with outdoor plaza;
a raised floor computer room; and two technical training rooms.
The exterior of the building is stone, brick and glass. The
metal mansard roof provides sun screening to the glass below
while shading the building's mechanical equipment. The building's
structural system is concrete, which in conjunction with a diesel
generator for emergency backup power, provides ultimate disaster
protection. |
